Our Promise

Not the right fit? We've got you covered. Ecorta offers hassle-free exchanges on eligible items from our World Cup 2026 Polo Collection — because we want you looking and feeling your best on match day.


Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Exchange request submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Item is unworn and unwashed
  • Item has original tags attached
  • Item is in its original packaging
  • Item was purchased directly from Ecorta.com


Valid Reasons for an Exchange

We accept exchange requests for the following reasons:

  • You received the wrong size from what you ordered
  • You received a wrong or incorrect item
  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You need a different size (size exchange — subject to availability)


Non-Eligible Items

The following are not eligible for an exchange:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items with original tags removed
  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Sale or discounted items — all sale purchases are final
  • Requests submitted after the 7-day delivery window
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper care


Exchange Limit

To ensure fairness for all customers, we allow a maximum of one (1) exchange per order. Repeated or abusive exchange requests may be declined at Ecorta’s discretion.


Size Availability

Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time your request is approved.


Note: If your requested size is available — we will ship your replacement item promptly. If your requested size is out of stock — we will issue a full refund to your original payment method instead. We will always notify you before processing either outcome.

Processing Time

  • Exchanges are processed within 3 business days of your returned item being received and inspected
  • Replacement items are shipped with standard delivery timelines
  • You will receive a tracking number once your replacement has been dispatched


Unauthorized Returns

Any item returned without prior approval through our email process will not be exchanged. Unauthorized returns will not be shipped back to you. Always contact us first to initiate your request.


Dispute Resolution

We ask that all customers contact info@ecorta.com and allow us a fair opportunity to resolve any concern before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer.


All disputes not resolved directly with Ecorta will be handled at our sole discretion. By completing a purchase on Ecorta.com, you agree to this exchange policy.


How to Submit an Exchange Request

Email us at info@ecorta.com with the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item(s) you wish to exchange
  3. The reason for your request
  4. The size or item you'd like in return
  5. Clear photos of the item if it arrived damaged or defective


Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with next steps.

We currently ship to and process exchanges for the United States only.
