Our Promise

At Ecorta, we take pride in the quality of every polo shirt in our World Cup 2026 Collection. If something isn't right with your order, we're committed to resolving it quickly and fairly.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Return request submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Item is unworn and unwashed
  • Item has original tags attached
  • Item is in its original packaging
  • Item was purchased directly from Ecorta.com

Valid Reasons for a Return

We accept return requests for the following reasons only:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective (manufacturing fault)
  • Wrong item was shipped to you
  • Wrong size was shipped (different from what you ordered)

Note: A defective item is defined as a product with a manufacturing fault — including broken stitching, printing errors, or fabric tears present upon delivery. Minor natural variations in fabric texture or color are not considered defects.


Non-Eligible Items

The following are not eligible for a return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
  • Items with original tags removed
  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Sale or discounted items — all sale purchases are final
  • Requests submitted after the 7-day delivery window
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper care
  • Items not purchased directly from Ecorta.com

Once your return request is approved via email, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label where applicable.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued within 3 business days of your return being received and inspected
  • Refunds are returned to your original payment method only
  • Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or card issuer to process and reflect the refund
  • We do not issue refunds in cash, check, or any form other than the original payment method


Unauthorized Returns

Returns that have not been approved through our email process will not be processed. Any unauthorized return received will not be refunded or exchanged, and the item will not be returned to you. Please always initiate your request by emailing us first.

Dispute Resolution

We ask that all customers contact our support team at info@ecorta.com and allow us the opportunity to resolve any issue before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving all legitimate concerns promptly and fairly.

Any disputes not resolved directly with Ecorta will be handled at our sole discretion. By completing a purchase on Ecorta.com, you agree to this policy.

How to Submit a Return Request

Email us at info@ecorta.com with the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item(s) you wish to return
  3. The reason for your return request
  4. Clear photos of the item showing the issue (required for damaged or defective claims)

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with next steps.

We currently ship to and accept returns from the United States only.
